NLP TRAINING MODULES

NLP 1 & NLP 2

NLP 1: NLP Basic tools.

NLP 1 provides you the skills to have more self-confidence, self-understanding. It will give you more control over your inner and outer experience, your emotions. You will be more conscious what your most important values are and learn what these values mean for your behavior in real life.

During the NLP1 training these tools of NLP will be learned:

  1. Presuppositions: foundations and starting points to work with NLP.
  2. Smart Outcome: creating powerful, reasonable, specific, ecologic, measurable, and time oriented goals and how to get there. Without an outcome any communication or action is useless.
  3. Away from vs Towards: what are you focused on? Your pain or your desire? Energy flows where your attention goes! Stop complaining about the present state and start to create a desired state.
  4. Logic levels: the Logic Levels provide a helpful structure for looking at what’s happening in any individual, group or organization. They define six levels of thinking or situation: environment, behavior, capability or competence, beliefs, identity and spirituality, and are usually visualized as a hierarchy. The Logical Levels is a simple and yet very extreme strong pattern in NLP. These levels are used for believe changing or analyzing a problem. On which level(s) is the problem occurring. A problem can only be solved on higher level.
  5. Modalities: our senses Visual, Auditive, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory and Spiritual. (VAKOGS).
  6. Submodalities: Submodalities are the qualities of each modality. E.g. Visual can be black & white or color, far or close, sharp or blurred etc. define how you experience inner representations such as memories. Changing the submodalities of a memory or emotion will change its impact. Patterns with submodalities are Swish-pattern, Mapping Across.
  7. Swish (or Zoom) Techniques
  8. Anchoring Techniques: An Anchor is an external stimulus that triggers a desired/wanted internal state. You will learn how to use Anchors to empower
yourself. You can also use covered anchoring with other persons. E.g. Anchoring a productive internal state in an employee can be very useful.
  9. Calibration: Observing without giving a meaning. Recognizing patterns that are connected with an internal state.
  10. Making Rapport: rapport is the basic for a good understanding with the person you are talking with. Rapport creates an atmosphere of trust. Rapport is created in several ways. Matching posture, gestures, voice and breathing. Active listening, matching representation systems. Matching criteria. Matching internal processes.
  11. Association vs Dissociation: being in a situation or observing yourself in a situation.

  12. Timelines: A timeline is a projection (in real or imaginary) of your live on a line on the floor or table. On a timeline you can easily find resourceful moments you can use in the present or even use in the future. Because (presupposition) every person already has the resources (dragons) he needs inside, you only need to free and to train them.
